Hesston, Kan. - The Central Christian College Men's Soccer team faced off against Hesston College in a non-conference game on Tuesday night.
The Tigers found themselves down early as the Larks took advantage by scoring just one minute into the contest. The Tigers were unable to regroup as the Larks increased their lead to 2-0 in the 7th minute.
The Tigers were able to only tally five shots on goal and none were able to find the net. Fouls played a big part in the match for both sides. A big blow for Central came when
Parker Horton was sent off in the 39th minute. Without his presence in the second half, the Larks converted two more goals in the 53rd and 56th minutes. The Larks would go on to win the contest 4-0.
The Tigers (2-8-3), look to bounce back on Saturday as they face Mid-America Christian in Sooner Athletic Conference play. The match is set to kick-off at 3:30PM and it will be streamed on the SAC Sports Network and Urban Edge Network.
