McPherson, Kan.- The Central Christian College men's basketball team experienced a loss this weekend against the Wayland Baptist Pioneers, 105-64.
The Pioneers came hot right out of the gate, establishing their lead. The Tigers try to turn up the offense a good three point shot by Chris Whitten, but the Pioneers have a death grip on the lead, ending the first half with a 24-point lead.
Once halftime is completed, the Tigers continue to put up a solid fight. Jaeden Whitten scored a good two pointer at the 7:26 mark, making the Tigers break 50 points. Jackson Hodge had the pleasure of ending the game with his own two point shot. The battle was tough but well fought. Good effort Tigers!
