McPherson, Kan. – It was a dismal shooting night for the Central Christian College men's basketball team, as they fell at home on Tuesday night 86-44 to the Langston University Lions, who were ranked #3 in the latest NAIA top 25 coaches poll.
The Tigers came out flat on offense in the opening half, putting up just 13 points in the period, their lowest point total by far in a half thus far this season.
The offense got better in the second half, but the damage had already been done. The Tigers scored 31 points in the second frame, but the defense gave up another 43.

Offensively, the Tigers made 18 of 49 (37%) shots from the floor, and were just 4 of 28 (14%) from deep.
At the free throw line they were 4 of 6 (67%) for the game.
The Tigers committed 13 turnovers to just 6 by the Lions.
