Both team struggle out of the gate combining for 4-17 (23.5%) at the midway part, with the Coyotes with the slight lead 7-2. Lady Tiger's offense struggled down the stretch as they settle for 1-16 shooting from the floor (6.25%) Kansas Wesleyan take the lead 14-2 thru 1.

Lady Tigers begin converting on 3 of their 4 first drives to begin the quarter, showing signs of life in their offense. Both teams scored 15 points to put the score at 29-17, as the ladies try to build confidence and get back into the game.

Harris hits a 3 pointer followed by a 2 pointer the next possession to begin the quarter to help the Tigers stay with 11 of the Coyotes. However, the Coyotes go on a 6-0 run to build a 17 point lead 39-22 with 4:45 remaining. Tigers do build some momentum finishing the quarter on a 4-2 run to keep the game within reach at 41-26.

Coyotes get the upper hand through the midway point of the quarter going on a 11-6 run to put the Tigers in a 20 point deficit. Tigers struggle to make any comeback and end going down 10-7 to end the game at 62-39. Despite the Tigers going 6-11 from the floor, they send the Coyotes to the line 16 times, in which they would convert 10 times as they score 21 points in the quarter to the Tigers 13.
