Cole Ouren
"First, we want to thank all the fans and alumni who came out to support the team. It is always fun to play in front of a crowd, specifically when they braved the weather conditions."
"This is hard game to accept as I felt that we were the better team throughout the duration of the game. The girls did a great job starting the game and giving us a 2-0 lead. While we allowed MACU to get back into the game, I am extremely proud of how they responded. After going down a goal, they responded to the challenge and gave themselves a chance to get back into the game. This is a difficult task to achieve, yet our girls have continued to rise to the occasion. Unfortunately today, we fell a little short and ran out of time. We will now look to put this game behind us as quickly as possible as we look to prepare for Wayland on Wednesday."
