Atchison, KS – Central Christian Men's Wrestling team competed in a triangular dual between tournament host Benedictine College and William-Penn.
Central would go 0-2 on the day dropping the match against Benedictine College 51-3 and would drop the next one to William-Penn 54-6.
In the match against Benedictine College Central would battle hard, but would end up coming out with dropping 9 of the 10 matches. Fr.
Landon Crews would highlight getting a decision 10-4 over the Benedictine wrestler to get 3 points for Central.
The second match would result in the same deficit for the Tigers, but this time their win would come by a fall. Junior
Caden Emmot would win by fall over the Williams-Penn Wrestler to earn the Tigers lone 6 points.
Tigers will quickly turn around and have a chance to redeem themselves as they take on Oklahoma Wesleyan on January 21 in Bartlesville, OK.
