Tiger Nation, we are excited to announce that Phillip Hatfield has accepted the position of Head Men's and Women's Wresting Coach at Central Christian College of Kansas. He along with his wife of 20 years Carrie are currently preparing to make the move to McPherson, KS from Oklahoma City, OK where Philip has been a teacher at Capitol Hill High School, and prior to that Oklahoma City University.
The Hatfield's have 2 children (ages 36 and 33) with 6 grandchildren ranging in ages from 18 to 5, which perhaps one day will take to the mat for CCCK. Phillip received an Associate degree from Hutchinson Community College in Business Administration, also an associate's Degree from Seminole State College in Health and recreation, as well as a Bachelor's in Business Administration/Health and Human Performance from Fort Hays State University. In terms of wrestling experience, we as an institution consider ourselves privileged to be able to bring Hatfield onto our staff, and feel that he will make an immediate impact on the program.
