Men's Soccer Headshots

Cole Housh

Cole Housh is entering his third season as an assistant for the men’s soccer program at Central Christian College of Kansas. Cole played for the first team and the reserve team and Cole was the captain for the reserve for last year team. Cole believes that Central has a unique character about it and the individuals can help turn players into men.
The 2020-2021 season was an amazing season for the team. We were able to qualify for the NCCAA National Tournament and we made it to the Sooner Athletic Conference Finals.  Housh added, “Last year was a fun year and we able to accomplish most of our team goals. We had our ups and downs, but that is what makes the season memorable.  I am excited for the season to start and see the players perform well and continue where we left off.”

Cole was coached and mentored by Aaron Hoxie and Enrique Barreiro. “Coach taught me what it is to be a man and how to live like one.” Coach Hoxie took Cole under his wing and helped guide him through a rough part of his life. “Coach Hoxie did a lot of things for me that he didn’t have to do. He gave me passion for coaching soccer and help mentor the next athletes like he did for me.”
