The 2022-2023 season will be Coach Stevens’ second season leading the Tigers pitching staff.
In his first year leading the staff, the pitching staff broke the record for most strikeouts in a season (301), lowered the team ERA from previous season, and had the first complete game shutout since 2017. As a player, Stevens logged over a hundred innings as both a starter and reliever for Redlands Community College (OK) and Bethany College (KAN.) with 86 strikeouts.
Stevens graduated from Bethany College in 2020 with B.S. in Exercise Science and currently working on his Masters in Strategic Leadership from Central Christian College of Kansas.
