McPherson, Kan. - Time of Possession was once again on the Women's Soccer's side as the Tigers dominated their side of the field throughout, however that was not enough as Central dropped 1
st game of the season 3-0 to Sterling College. The Tigers outshot Sterling 15-6, but Sterling was able to get 3 goals off those 6 shots.
"We played well, we really did. We had great ball possession and had quality shots on goal, just missed a few by inches. We're a good team, and we will bounce back and be ready Saturday.'" said Coach Macahria.
The Tigers dominated the first half out shooting the Warriors 9-1, but could not get in the goal as they played to a 0-0 score in half 1. The Trio of

Sophia Cook and

nd half, but fell just short.
The Tigers (2-1) play next at home on Saturday vs. Bethel College. (0-2). Kickoff will be at 3pm.
