Hesston, Kan. – The Central Christian Men's Golf Team played in their second tournament of the spring at Hesston Golf Course for the Tabor Spring Invitational. Due to weather, the tournament was shortened to just 36 holes on Monday.
The weather would be a factor as players were starting their second 18, weather crept in forcing a 30-minute weather delay. As soon as it was clear, players made their way back out to the course and resumed play. Eli Brinton would set the pace for the Tigers shooting two 73's which would give him a 146 for the tournament and see him finish in 6
th place individually. As a team, the Tigers shot 295 in the first round. The second round was led by
Noah Fiks with a 1-over par 71. The Tigers improved with a 294 as a team and they would finish in 2
nd place with a two-round total of 589.

Next up for the Tigers, they will travel to Squaw Creek Golf Course in Willow Park, Texas for the Texas Wesleyan Spring Invitational. The tournament will be on April 15
th and 16
