Waxahachie, Texas – The Central Christian College men's basketball team experienced a loss this weekend against the SAGU Lions, 92-69.

The Tigers saw the challenge and turned up on their offense, but the Lions also fought back hard, and by the end of the first half they still held a substantial lead of eleven points.

During the second half the Tigers had a few star moments, with a three pointer from Andre Shelby at the 19:27 mark, assisted by Jevarrick Butler. Chris Whitten scored a layup at 11:49. However, the Tigers could not keep up with the ever-growing lead that the Lions made for themselves, ending the game with a twenty-three-point difference.
