McPherson, Kan. – The Central Christian College Men's Volleyball team hosted Kansas Wesleyan University last night in McPherson.
The Tigers dug themselves in an early hole but fought back well. Kansas Wesleyan would take the first set 25-19. This momentum would continue in the second set for the Coyotes as they took the second set 25-16 after stringing together good rallies.
Down 2-0, the Tigers were determined to push the match to a fourth set. Kansas Wesleyan would have other ideas, however, as they kept their foot on the gas. The Coyotes would lead 23-18 in the third set when the Tigers finished off three good rallies to get within two points. After KWU point and another Central point, the Coyotes finished the match off with a thunderous kill. The Coyotes would take the third set 25-22 and the match 3-0.

The Tigers are back on the road this upcoming Friday, February 23rd to face Ottawa University and then they make the drive to Morningside University in Souix City, Iowa the following day. The Tigers next home game is Friday, March 1
st against Jamestown.
