Langston, Okla. - The women's volleyball team traveled to Langston University last Tuesday for an SAC match. The Tigers fell in 5 sets (22-25, 25-23, 25-13, 23-25, 14-16). . Despite losing, the Tiger led in all 5 sets.

Coaches Hughes: We played real well tonight. Just could not finish. We had our opportunities in set 4, and just could not stop their 7-0 run to end. We had our chance in the 5

The Tigers then welcomed University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma to Alexander Arena on Friday night. The Tigers fell in 3 sets (25-15, 26-24, and 26-24). However, the Tigers led in sets 1 and 2, and were tied at 24 in set 3.

Coach Hughes: The record doesn't indicate it, but we're playing good volleyball. There's some things that are tough to explain, but we are playing well. Had our chances here too, we had them at game point in set 2. We get that one point, everything looks different. We just struggled to finish the game.
The Tigers hosted Mid-America Christian University on Saturday afternoon. The Tigers were beaten 3-0 (25-17, 25-17, 25-15).

The Tigers (1-21) will host the McPherson College Bulldogs (20-5), in the annual Collegiate Cup. Match starts at 7pm, and can be seen on the SAC Network.
