McPherson, Kan. – It was a tough shooting night for the Central Christian College women's basketball team as they hosted the Sooner Athletic Conference's no. 2 team, the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma Drovers on Saturday.
The Tigers managed just 28 points on 11 of 57 made baskets. Five of the Tigers' field goals came from behind the three point arc. The Drovers on the other hand were able to score at will, shooting 48% for the game and scoring 104 points on 53 made baskets, including 11 three pointers.
By the Numbers
The Tigers went to the free throw line just two times, going one of two.
All nine Tigers that suited up, contributed to the scoring effort, though none of the nine were able to break into double digits.
The Drovers won the battle of the boards 59-32, and the turnover battle 7 to 24.

The Tigers will be back in action next Thursday and Saturday when they travel down to Texas for games with UNT-Dallas and Southwestern Assemblies of God University.
