Bethany, OK – Charles Dickson led all scorers tonight with 21 and helped Southwestern Christian (5-5, 4-3 SAC) pull away in the 2
nd half to beat Central Christian Tigers.
Central Christian (8-4, 2-3 SAC) and SCU originally were supposed to play on Jan. 26
th along with the women's teams, but due to Covid complications had to reschedule the game to today.
The Tigers have been non-stop playing since starting conference play and after tomorrow's game against Langston, they will have played 6 SAC games in an 11 day period with little to no time off.
Demario Moore would lead Tiger scorers with 19 points (7-14 FG, 5-12 3PT) and be a rebound shy of a double-double with 9 REB.
Reece Warren would score in double figures for the 11
th time this season adding 11 points.
Tigers have dropped their last 3 SAC games and will face Langston University tomorrow in McPherson in hopes to complete the season sweep.
