MCPHERSON, Kansas – The Central Christian Lady Tigers rolled to a 5-2 conference win to secure a spot in the SAC tournament.
Alexa Riddle scored the ice breaker in the first eight minutes of the game off an assist from
Rachel Schlagel to put the Tigers up, 1-0. Later in the half
Sophia McConnell, scored the Tigers 2
nd goal, giving the Tigers the 2-0 advantage.
Before the half would end the Lady Rams cut into the Tigers lead with a goal at the 37:50 mark and the Tigers held the 2-1 lead after the end of the half.
In the 58
th minute
Rachel Schlagel scored, giving the Tigers a 2 goal advantage, 3-1. Rams would answer with a goal of their own in the 63
rd minute to cut the Tigers lead down to 1.

Alexa Riddle as Tigers go up 4-2. To continue the momentum
Lisette Whiteside scored in the 74
th minute to put the Tigers up 5-2.
Tigers held the advantage in shots (13-5), shots-on-goal (7-5), and corner kicks (6-1).
UP NEXT
Central Christian improves to 12-4-1, 4-4 SAC. They currently are T-5 in conference and can finish over .500 for the first time in conference play since joining the Sooner.
